Monitoring system with sensors via GSM

FEATURES:

1. Wireless data acquisition of actual values from several sensors

Direct connection of Tx31x and Hx331 sensors with RS232 output.
Easy sensor installation by only entering Modbus address. Type of device and available values are detected automatically.
Advanced detection of error states (communication error with sensor, measurement error).

2. Sending of actual values to data acquisition system

Transfer and storing of measured data to data acquisition system. Client has database installed on the server for storing measured values. Using of own data acquisition system enabled.
Data transfer is realised via SOAP protocol (modem sends in selected interval XML files with actual measured values to data acquisition system).

3. SMS queries about actual values

By simple sending SMS message it is possible to receive actual values from any sensor. If modem recognizes in incoming SMS request for sending actual values, values are sent by return in SMS message.
Limitation of phone numbers for sending SMS queries is enabled.

4. Alarm SMS messages

If opening/closing of relay of a Hxxxx transmitter was detected.
Communication error with sensor or measurement error.
Report about sensor replacement or configuration change.

6. Setting of GPRS modem

a) Local - setting via RS232 serial link

Putting into operation (setting of SOAP server, addresses of sensors, phone numbers for alarm SMS).
Firmware upgrade.
Detection of error states (download of log file, etc.).

b) Setting via SMS messages

Most important parameters of GPRS modem can be remotely set by means of SMS messages (SOAP protocol, M2M Talk server, GPRS communication).
Firmware upgrade in modem.
Service commands (GSM status, modem restart, ëtc.).

Each Tx31x or Hx331 sensor in monitoring system is connected to "its" GSM modem LP040.

It is necessary order several items from optional accessories.

Minimum set of one sensor connected to GSM contains:

- sensor of Tx31x or Hx331 family
- GSM modem LP040
- GSM antenna
- Ac/dc adapter 230V-50Hz/24Vdc/24W
- QMS2901 cable for setting of modem
- SWR009 Database Sensor Monitor software Comet

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
	LP040	GSM/GPRS modem with SIM card holder - without accessories. Enables full communication with sensor via GPRS - data download, sensor configuration .. Sensor can be controlled by means of SMS messages from mobile phone. Actual values and alarm status can be received in a SMS.
	MP009/1	GSM antenna 3dB for modem, right angled.
	A1940	Power adapter 230V-50Hz/24Vdc/24W for modem.
	QMS2901	Cable for modem setting via serial RS232 link by means of optional PC program for data loggers SWR001. Needed only for local setting of modem during configuration of the operation.
	MP006	RS232/USB converter to QMS2901 cable for modem setting via USB. Needed only for local setting of modem during configuration of the operation.
	MD036	Self adhesive Dual Lock for modem easy installation.

	SWR009	Program package Database Sensor Monitor for online data acquisition and analysis from Comet sensors. It contains all necessary components for monitoring of sensors, including one licence of Database Viewer. Program enables i.a.: - To view selected channels from any Comet sensor together with selected channels of other Comet sensors. - Measurement from different Comet devices is possible to combine in one table or graph. - To choose any time interval for analysis. - To present data, alarm status, error codes. - Print, export to PDF - table and graph. - Online visualization of actual values. - Online graphic visualization of measurement. - Online visualization of alarm status. Other freeware needed for system operation: - database server MySQL For database viewing by other users at the network it is necessary to buy proper number of licences of SWR010 Database Viewer.
