Measured temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure are converted to digital serial output with the RS485 link parameters. Transmitters are available in wall-mount, duct-mount and bar types.
Also types with T+RH probe on a cable are available. Model T3419P is designed for compressed air measurement up to 25 bars.
Transmitter circuitry is galvanically isolated from power circuitry to prevent collision in RS485 network.
Large dual line LCD for display of temperature, humidity, pressure or other calculated humidity interpretation is an advantage. Computerized design ensures maximum long term stability and fail indication. The transmitter works with ModBus RTU communication protocol or with Advantech ADAM compatible protocol. Protocol is user selectable in special configuration mode by means of the PC. Serial link enables to read actual readings and modify transmitter configuration. Instrument works always in slave mode, i.e. responds only to master device query.

State-of-the-art capacitive polymer humidity sensor excels in mechanical stress, temperature shock, dew resistance as well as in large linearity range and low hysteresis. Transmitters are designed for use in non-aggressive environment.

* Maximum temperature only at the measuring end with sensors. Relative humidity at temperature over +85°C is limited in accordance with the graph. Near plastic case with electronics maximum temperature is +80°C.

TSensor - freeware for online configuring of the transmitter is ready to download.
SensorReader - freeware for online logging values from one transmitter to a PC disk file is ready to download. Program enables to alarm acoustically the PC user if adjusted alarm limits are exceeded. Recorded values in CSV format are easy to process in e.g. Excel. Program can be started several times on a computer at the same time to monitor values from several transmitters.
For online acquiring values from several transmitters, third party software is necessary to use. Tested functionality is with programs:
LabVIEW from National Instruments, by means of the free Modbus Library for LabVIEW.
For viewing of actual values and graphs from Tx41x transmitters following example of application was created in LabVIEW 8.5 :
